Excellent location, great floor plans, friendly and professional staff. Lived here for 3 years and plan to stay for many more!

Viewed property a couple of weeks ago. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable while touring the property. Apartments were very nice and well maintained. Hope apartment is still available when the time comes to make a decision.

The management is nice and the maintenance team do there best but for how high the rent is ,it could be better .it has nice amenities but cant bring guest which defeats the purpose ,and security is a joke cars get broken into all the time ,some was carjacked in the parking lot , my AC broke I dont kno how many times I just figured for this price it would be better

Not elegant or luxurious. Apartments are lackluster and staff is petty. Maintenance men are wonderful but everything else is awful.

Me, my husband, and our 2 dogs love living here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is top notch. The residents here even have puppy play dates at the dog park. The apartments are beautiful and appropriately priced. The floorplans are the best in the area. I love calling HRC HOME.

Hampton Roads Crossing Apts. are the best place to live. They offer a beautiful, safe, and a truly affordable living experience. Not to mention the BEST staff and maintenance at their clubhouse. One last thing is the location is so close to all my favorite restaurants.

I’ve been living here since late October of this year and was encourage by my sister to move to this location with her . I’ve spent so much time at her two bedroom apartment here, since I dog sit for her and found it to be a nice and quite complex. Much larger than I’m used to as I’m not a big fan of high population. The staff is sweet and very communicative . Nicole to be specific, collaborated very well with us when it came to resolving an issue that was hard for us to acknowledge and I could imagine it being a bit difficult for her to execute. She explained the process very well and reassured us that it was in the works , however there were proper steps that needed to be taken to ensure a successful resolution. She was prompt and thorough. We, especially I, are not ones to complain or cause a disturbance, however we did require a specific issue to be resolved for the betterment of the community, business and tenants (present and future). Her approach and actions we sincerely appreciate. Tasks such as this can be tough, so when we saw the fruit of her labor I felt compelled to let readers know that they will be well-tended to here and an open line of communication is available and welcomed. I look forward to the rest of my stay and do plan to reside here for an extended period of time, if the universe allows it. Thank you to the staff of Hampton Roads Crossing! You are doing an amazing job 🎈

I am a resident here at Hampton roads crossing for 4 years now. I would like to shout out the management team, Nicole and Lediamond, they are so efficient and always create a family atmosphere. Whenever I need assistance they always are willing to accommodate me. The maintenance staff Phil and Alex are always there when I have a problem and resolve any issue. I love living here and would recommend this property to others. It's a family here!

Recently moved into Hampton Roads Crossing Apartments. The staff were so friendly and informative. The area is so well kept and quiet. I highly recommend.

Apartments are beyond beautiful & maintenance very well. Ms. Nicole & LeDiamond are extremely professional & made this move in process extremely easy for me & my family. The location is perfect for people with a family & it very much worth it to look into these apartments while they are still available!

I am making an effort to edit my previous review. I moved In two weeks ago... at first glance everything looked nice. Apartments are modern and have a nice lay out. The grounds and club house are also nice. When I first moved in I had some major concerns. I have lived in apartment once before so I knew to expect some noise from my neighbors.. however my first week was awful. The people upstairs had some surround sound system that was so loud it sounded like it was in the same room. I also noticed several areas where the dog poop was no picked up by owners.. which I know it’s expected to see some of that .. However I have a dog and taking her potty the first week was hard.. I had to watch every step when going through the grass. Now this is where things change.. the people who work on the club house reached out to me right away after my review and I could tell they were really trying to help and be accommodating. I knew they much have talked to the up stairs neighbor ( who I am sure was unaware how loud the surround sound was) becuase the sound is now much more manageable. I have also noticed less piles of dog poop in certain areas where I like to take my dog for a walk. Also we had a maintenance request put in yesterday and it was already taken care of the next day! I was surprised how quick they were. I’m now feeling much more comfortable living in the apartment complex. It’s nice to know the team cares about their residents and try to make it a pleasant experience for everyone. I do recommend this place, I will say if not satisfied at first.. reach out to the ladies up front and give it a chance. I am willing to live here for as I need until we find a permanent home.

Love where I live at.. It's very peaceful, neighbors are cool & very kind. Management is awesome, welcome you in as if you were already home. It's expensive but if u wanna live nice you pay nice.

Have been here for almost 3 years, moving from the 3rd floor to 1st in May. Have nothing bad to say, We were set on moving to the new Bainbridge apts, went on a tour, yes they are nice, but to much wasted space, the new mgmt and staff here are amazing people, once you meet them you will see what i mean. Oh and dont forget our maintence guys, they are amazing to.
