Our community is a friendly, quite, secure and pleasant to live in.
I have truly enjoyed my experience living at the Village at Potomac Falls. I am close to everything I could need and in an apartment that is just perfect for my fianc and I. And for the price we pay, nothing in the area compares.
A great community led by fantastic management with lots of floorplans to choose from and a little something for everyone.
The Village at Potomac Falls provides a great environment in the area. You have access to all the local routes and retail stores. The layout of the apartments are convenient with plenty of space for all of my gear and my wifes gear. The apartments are kept well and the management team are always friendly with me when needed.
No real complaints about the community. Its quiet, the neighbors are nice, staff if good, maintenance is quick to respond. The apartments are decent. Mine has older appliances in it which I wish worked better but otherwise its a nice little place to call home. Can't hear the neighbors through the walls like some places. They keep the common areas of the building clean and never have a problem with the dumpster area being messy.
My only two issues are the parking, assigned spots would be so much better. And the new pool rules of requiring each tenant to have a photo pool pass and you have to pay for guest to join you at the pool, big headache when you have kids/grandkids visiting for the summer and they want to go to the pool each day. They should issue two perminant guest passes per apartment (free of charge) that can only be used once a day to access the pool. But I think they are more interested in making a buck than reducing the hassle for the tenants trying to relax and enjoy the summer. If they wanted to make a few dollar charge for guest over the two extras per apartment.
