This place takes major advantage of TBS students. I would look else where. Its not worth it to move here even though its close to the base. The business is very unethical.
I previously lived here for 2 years. I liked the way the layout of our apartment was, one thing I hated was the BUGS, I understand we are by woods etc, but the spiders and centipedes were a bit too much. I have never had this issue in any area I lived at until I came to Stafford. I would've loved to stay here but the rent went up wayyyy to much each year. Too expensive for me.
Too expensive for the tiny living space youre given.
I like most of the things here but I really hate that the apartment accepts smoking in the units and balconies and around the building. The smoke comes in to our unit from the windows, and we have a toddler... We were told that the apartment was non-smoking at the time of introduction by the real-state agent. The windows in our unit are very old and the air leakage is really bad. They try to fix it by corking but the material have melted and not longer working. Common green area will be nice.
