I like that it is always safe. There are no break ins. You dont really have to worry about someone breaking in the house.

It's generally safe during the day. It's affordable. Everyone knows each other. I can count on my neighbors

I like that there is a lot of space. Each yard is big and we all have lots of trees/room to sit and enjoy nature. I also like that it is close to walking trails.
