Very disappointed! Customer service was lacking, and the website pictures do not match the facility.

We have been living here almost three years and have nothing but good words to say about West Springfield Terrace and both office and maintenance staff. I actually rented the place by looking online all the way from California and was helped tremendously by Sharan from beginning to end and have not regretted my decision!

Greatest service is provided by all of the employees at this community. The maintenance team is respectful and focused. Also they know what they are doing. The management team is consist of great people as well. To name I would say Patricia and Sherin are the best people and they are part of the reason I live here because every time I go to their office for a particular question I may have, they are respectful and prompt.
