If there was 0 rating I would give it to this apartments and the leasing office staff, first thing if you need to call leasing office they will never answer the phone, second they never do what they promise, just cheaters and rubbing the people thats it, third the units are full of different kinds of bugs, insects and pests which will never be treated with pesticides and pest control, when one tenant evacuate the unit they never check, clean and disinfect the unit to get it ready for new tenant, when request service you should wait at least 3 months for your service to get it done. please stay away from these appointments.

Brittany Commons is a wonderful place to live. We have bee here 5 years and would ever think about moving. The people are so friendly and kind, the office staff is helpful and always willing to help . I cannot say enough good things about Brittany Commons

It looks good but could not visit because of the current state that we are now? Touring the place would not be possible.

My family and I absolutely love the staff, and our apartment. The staff has always been extremely accommodating especially Ms. Valerie(who helped us into our home) and Ms. Lynn, which are the main people we’ve dealt with. Everyone however in the office is absolutely amazing and they all feel like family! We recently met Ms. Ashley and she is a hoot! We have never felt more at home then we do here, and they are a huge part of that. 10/10 recommend Brittany Commons! Thank you Valerie, Lynn, Ashley, Stephanie, Brittany, Jen, and everyone else! You’re all amazing!

Have lived here seven years and find it to be a great place. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Like layout of the units with all the green space. Location is close to many shopping choices.

Love this place, the staff are great, the manager Ashley is wonderful. Safe place to live and whenever there is a problem, the staff always makes sure it is resolved.
