    I lived in Salem Woods Apt. for 15 years and loved it; I only moved out because the rent got to high. A great place for family! Walking trails, pool and other outdoor activities. A great staff and they are always there to help fix problems. I wish I did not have to leave!

    Buyer beware! Most residents have a good experience based on online reviews. This certainly affected our decision to lease here. Unfortunately, this is not been our experience *at all*! In our repeated experience, management is either unwilling or ineffective at actually managing problematic tenants. In only two months, law enforcement has visited multiple times and repeated appeals have been made to management with no results. Said tenant continues to violate the standards of the lease agreement to our dismay on a *daily* basis. If wed wanted to deal with all types of smoke in our apartment and continued noise violations, even after polite requests by us, and alleged notices by management, we could have chosen a less expensive complex. Its very disappointing to say the least, especially when this development has local awards? Not sure how those are determined!
