      Excellent management and maintenance personnel. They are always on top of repairs or anything needing fixing, Very clean. Grass is mowed regularly and they are across from LGMC which means security cameras and constant police presence. Feels safe. Can pay rent online. Dumpsters emptied regularly. A very nice place to live.

      Apartment was perfect, nice size rooms, very clean and plenty of storage. Only thing I question during to my age and health would be the steps and long halls.

      Looking for a over priced apartment with low quality customer service? Then youve found your next place! Sadly the owners do not care about the residents. Worst customer service Ive ever had. The one star review are not lying.

      DO NOT RENT FROM CSW! Mice, Snakes, Bedbugs, Blackmold, One star, should be ZERO! After living in 2 different apartments at Chateau Rivera (what a bogus name) over an eight year span, my suggestion is live in a van down by the river, you'll come out way ahead. "If you'd like to find a sublease, your apartment would have to look like new". Pic below is the bathroom ceiling from April 2020 until I moved out January 2022. Water pipe leaking around bathroom light and dripping brown water! Patched it, never fixed it. They don't fix things and charge you for anything they can imagine. Character space will not allow me to tell the whole story, but that first line says it all.

      P L E A S E, live anywhere else but here. when my boyfriend, & i moved into the apartment it was DIRTY. we opened the cabinet in the kitchen to discover it was broken. the kitchen isn't modern. the floors are squeaky. the washing machine, & dryer are tiny. maintenance had to be called many times for many different things. i had to contact pest control many times for insects. while pest control was in the apartment, they informed us the bedroom we were sleeping in had shells of dead bed bugs, & assumed it came from us which is untrue. they legit tore through our sheets just to check which i find unsettling and super disrespectful. the neighbor living below us would constantly bang on the ceiling whenever we walked around. she even wrote a note, & placed it on our door about how "loud", & "disrespectful" we were. someone in the complex called the police, & they came to my door assuming i was being loud, & a mouthful of accusations. the list goes on and on! i wish i never stepped foot onto chateau riviera. also, not to mention the unrealistic charges that are given after you've moved out the apartment. rent is $860, & the security deposit was $800. my whole deposit went towards their outrageous charges! they've charged us over $1,000+ for absolute nonsense! we were charged for things that had absolutely NOTHING to do with us. there were a few things that i can take responsibility for, but everything else is just preposterous. this place is very misleading, unkept, & money hungry. i will NEVER live here again, & i hope whoever comes across this doesn't either.
