I love the new sophisticated designs of the Westmont apartments and the meticulous lawn grooming and exterior care. The location is close to nearly everything yet we are not so close that we are disturbed by city noise. The management team is very attentive to your needs and work hard to make your living experience at Westmont apartments enjoyable.
It is a quiet setting. Maintenance is great. Clean yard / area.
My experience would have been excellent except for the constant footsteps of what appears to be a large dog in the apartment above me. Pets should not be allowed above the ground floors for this reason alone.
In addition to the newness of Westmont and the safe, friendly community, the apartments are equipped with brand new kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and range, and microwave), beautiful marble counter tops and wooden floors. My balcony provides an amazing view of the mountains, creating a peaceful spot for me to relax while reading, painting, or doing some of my other hobbies. I also have total access to the gym and swimming pool located at the sister complex, North Point.
Overall the apartment was nice and decent for the price. However getting in touch with any staff is hard and e-mail seems to be the only way. There wasn't a lot of storage, the walls were kind of thin and could sometimes hear your neighbor. Living on the bottom floor we could hear every step the tenants made upstairs. The location was great though close to a lot of stores and restaurants and not too far from downtown. It was nice for a year but not much longer. A lot of hidden fees, read lease!
