For the home being brand new, there were quite a few wall and floor marks upon our move in plus a few things left not finished. Otherwise everything has been wonderful. I wish there were other amenities such as a workout room or pool for use.
Nice interiors and appliances. Office personnel are friendly and respond in a timely manner. Some minor scuffs and scratches inside the apartment at move in.
It is very difficult to get a hold of any of the staff. On many occasions the staff would not answer their phones and were not in the office.
Management and maintenance are TERRIBLE.
Be very careful of this property. The apartments look so great from the modern exterior build to the nice counter tops that distract your eye when you walk in. When you really start to look at closer details you realize the huge dips in the floors, the paint that is so thin that when you wipe the wall done it goes back the bare dry wall, or my personal favorite the carpet that was not repaired by the property management from the previous tenant. Parking is very limited and you will find yourself going back and fourth with your neighbors because they steal "your spot" or vise versa. There are not one site amenities which is crazy because the location would have made great for a gym and pool area. The trash door is constantly left open because the residents are so lazy- along with all the litter left in the parking lot. The rent is out of this world $885 for a one bedroom with nothing, and I mean nothing included. The property management doesn't even offer onsite rent payment drop box but still want to charge you to pay online through the resident portal. The washer/ dryer cheap combo is so small- not even ideal for one person. The kitchen would be the highlight of the apartment- nice appliances except the fridge could be bigger, great counter tops and the cabinets compliment the place well. My favorite part and I say favorite part is that the property management somehow managed to hire a very pushy guy to basically force you out of your lease at the end. I had to break it down very clearly for this "nice guy" what the end of a lease period means. Just be prepared to deal with a so so property management team and a rush job apartment. Maintenance guy was always very nice and professional but the process to request service is stupid- why not just open the residential portal to allow this requests instead of making someone call and leave all of this is a voicemail???
