Love it! New management !!
I lived in an apartment on the bottom floor. It was constantly flooding and covered in black mold. The carpet was worn and dirty when I moved in with a hole as well. I was told they would fix the carpet as well as have it cleaned and although I requested it many times it was never fixed and I was charged over 500 for it when I moved out. The maintenance person came to my home when I told them I was tripping over the hole in the carpet and cut a square of carpet out of the closet and tacked it down over the hole. The vanity was covered in mold as well and was promised to be replaced and that didn't happen either. I lost a whole box of shoes due to black mold growing up the side while packed away in the walk inn closet. With all of these issues my rent continued to go up each time I renewed as I was doing a short term lease waiting for my home to be renovated. When I tried to discuss the charge for the carpet no one ever contacted me back until they sent it to collections and I began to receive nasty phone calls from a collection agency. I explained the mold issue and asked to have someone to get back in touch with me and that never happened either and it was reported to my credit as an unpaid account. I now have to take this company to civil court in order to provide the pictures of the mold as well as the work orders that were placed for the carpet to have the debt removed from my credit report since they didn't care to ever contact me back after my many attempts to contact them at the office with voice mails.
