I have been living at the Ridge Apts for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with maintenance.They always answer my calls or call me back. Yes, everybody's rent goes up every year. Just about everyone's rent went up in thrn Roanoke valley. This is about one of the least expensive apartments in the valley. It's not luxury but comfortable. The building I live in in mostly quiet. The neighborhood is pleasant and close to the bus line.

Been trying to apply for the apartment however there's noone responds and I've been working with housing agency also trying to contact to apply for the apartment there's no real answer

Poorly maintained, poorly built, poorly managed. Have spoke with the office many times about laundry problems, building problems. Parking lot lines, as written below, are a still a problem in spite of outrageously raised rent. I now pay $200 more for half the sq ft. We downsized to a smaller unit in 2020. They just raised our rent through a pandemic. Not a single improvement to their dated property, yet.
