I have been a resident in this community for almost 3 yrs, great neighbor hood, great team of people who work here.
The staff at Wood Briar are very professional and curtious. They responded to every need in a prompt manner. We have nothing but good things to say about them.
It is a very nice place to live... An is well kept
I have been renting from them for the past 3 years. I took over a friends apartment and the carpet had stains that you can tell were not cleaned before she moved in. The carpet has been cleaned only once by the complex in 3 years. The maintaince staff is very lazy and picky on who they give quality work to. I would not recommend this place to anyone if it wasn't for the cheap price. But keep in mind. You get what you pay for.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
