I viewed an apartment and was really impressed
Current reside, have been for 3 years, my rent is often late due to pay periods and such therefore I did not want to rate the apartment. 1st: the management is awsome, very impathetic to REAL situations and most they address in timely manner.
Positives: free alarm system in all apartments and either direct tv service or internet, depending on location of your apartment. Inexpensive very affordable to meet tight budgets.
Negatives: 1: MAINTENANCE IS A MAJOR ISSUE. NOTHING IS DONE IN A TIMELY,EFFICIENT OR THOROUGH MANNER.( I was told they only have two and they live in the complex)2: The insulation is poor. I had to go to a organization to help pay my gas bill after telling them how cold and costly my apartment is. 3: All of my walls have LARGE CRACKS WHERE THEY LEAKS. 2 times they patched outside roof and once inside, if I could submit images I would. I showed management images and video and thats that. 4: heating and cooling the house is horrible....the heat does not reach upstairs in winter so youre forced to buy extra heating unit or turn up gas to pay more each month. Cooling is same, some tenants have A.C UNITS IN THE WINDOW. Ladies there is no closet space in second bedroom due to huge heating duct running through it. I will not renew my lease
It a nice. Place to live the lady that work the are very nice. Very quiet very roomy it has every thing you need.
