The office personal are friendly and have actually asked if everything was ok. Space in the loft is well organized to maximize the use of the space. everything works. Nice to have rec place to relax and hangout.
I've been a resident going on 3 years. The office staff and management are amazing. If I ever had an issue with anything, maintenance was right there the same day to help. The building is always in great condition and the recreation room and pool has been a great place to relax with company. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone who asked.
I'm extremely pleased with my decision to live at Todd Lofts. The facility is well-maintained, provides excellent value, and overall makes for a stress-free living experience. I plan on staying here at Todd Lofts for the foreseeable future.
Maintenance requests have always been answered within 24 hours, Office has always been very helpful with any request.
I had a great overall experience living in Todd Lofts for 2 years. Maintenance was quick, nice and friendly. It wasn't until I received a notice on my door that I would be evicted if I didn't pay my rent that I knew there was something wrong. The office "manager" is a terrible record keeper. She was evicting me for not paying rent, when in reality, it was HER lack of accurate record keeping that was the problem. I had to give her a copy of my CASHED check to get everything fixed.
