Dont bother if you arent already in the area. I scheduled a virtual tour on their website and received a Zoom link and multiple reminders and then a text that they only do in person tours. I called and the leasing agent was unapologetic and rude. Said I can apply sight unseen and if I dont like it Ill get the $200 admin fee back, but not the $50 application fee. Horrible way to do business and Ive worked in leasing. Unfortunate, it really looked perfect and I would be a long term resident.
