The apartment is my mothers, she is 87. It is very important to me that she is in a secure environment. The neighborhood is quiet the building is secure, the neighbors are nice, the apartment is great. She loves it, we are very satisfied.
I lived in this apartment for three years with my son. This was by far the worst apartment building I have ever lived in ever!!! The staff disrespected my apartment while I didnt have electricity for an entire week due to the building. The office manager is completely lost and useless, and Danielle is probably one of the rudest people I have ever spoke with. I loved this apartment when I first moved in because it was owned by a different property management company, once peak living took over The entire building went down hill fast! Do yourself a favor and dont rent from this company.
Peak living is the worst management Ive ever experienced- quality of living here has plummeted since they took over and every resident I know is trying to leave. They dont respond to emails, maintenance does not fix any issues, they never answer the office phone and are generally in accommodating for anything.
I cant stress enough how AWFUL this place is.
They do not allow subleasing and if you want to leave early you still owe 2 months rent plus a $2,598 buyout fee =[
