      These the worse apartments Ive lived in Ive sent a email and tried calling the office about both of my neighbors the people above my jump every other day and the people beside me play music early in the morning at 9-10 am like whoever run these apartments and got me feeling uncomfortable suck like Im about to just end the lease cause this is terrible

      These are the same people that told me with my credit score at the time (which was 590 - now it's 650!) Told me I wasn't approved because of my credit But we're taking in people who had way lower credit scores than mine (& I know cause my homegirl was one of them score was 540 & we applied at the same time & I make more money than her but within the income requirements). I know where y'all were doing y'all were taking in people from Creighton, Mosby and all the other projects & section 8 & now y'all having issues with kids running up and down the hallways at 1:00 in the morning, trash, parking, etc. My homegirl is moving & thanks for not taking me & my kids when we needed a place! Y'all are going to fail

      BIG NO!!!!!! Lets just start by saying the apartments were brand new beautiful apartments. They move any and everyone in and now the apartments are just about run down within ONE YEAR!!!! THEY HAVE TRASH ROOMS THAT ARE NEVER CLEANED THEY ALLOW PPL TO PUT TRASH ON THE FLOOR, TRASH RESIDUE ALL ON THE WALLS, ITS TRASH RESIDUE OUTSIDE OD THE TRASH ROOM IN HALLS. NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THE NASTY FILTY TRASH ROOM WITH TRASH ALL OVER THE FLOOR NOTHING IS DONE!!!!!!!!!!! I have several pictures for proof!!!!!! NOT WORTH IT!

      I don't understand - the apartment complex is brand new; how are you receiving such low reviews already? Definitely not off to a good start as I imagine you'd want to fill these apartments as quickly as you can. Very disappointing.
