I just want reviews to see if this is the best place for me and my family.
Overall this is a nice, quiet, safe space to live. I have lived here for 3 years and each year the rent has increased substantially. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. Plumbing has been a bit spotty, but work order requests are speedy. Staff is friendly! I am on the first floor- and HVAC units are so noises that I don't use my beautiful balcony as much as I otherwise would. Overall, I've been happy living here. However, the price increase has me searching for options. As a bonus you're right by an awesome local coffee shop, yoga studio and wine/beer shop!
When I first moved here I was extremely pleased them things took a turn for the worse! Number one the plumbing here is absolutely horrible Ive asked for my toilet to be fixed three times and its still not flushing properly. Maintenance supervisor is extremely rude hes not friendly at all. I had a problem with ants kept calling and they promised pest control was coming and never did. I had to go to the store and buy things to kill the ants. They showed no empathy except for Tanya shes amazing and shes not even the leasing manager. Please dont move here
Beautiful but... one bedrooms are very nice but tiny. For first floor tenants, the HVAC units are all at the bedroom window. Not good for light sleepers! Or if you want to sit on your porch. Trash and water are not included. Pool, gym and clubhouse really nice.
We started off having a positive experience in this apartment complex. The staff was nice and helpful. We had nice neighbors. Truly, no major issues. As time went by the complex hired new staff who seemed nice. It became clear after four different issues with plumbing that they didn't properly fix anything, and on top of that were rude to me and my husband about being a pain and being overly concerned. The majority of these issues were in our newborn daughters room, for example, raining from the ceiling. They said they fixed the issue. A few weeks later the carpets were wet to the touch. After being told that we were being overly reactive, they didn't fix it. They said the problems came from our next door neighbors. We are friendly with them and this week while we were visiting they told us that the issue was actually from the upstairs and the maintenance crew lied to us. On top of that, they replaced all of the carpet and padding for the neighbors next door. They lied to us, haven't replaced things that are undoubtedly going to cause mold and have been flat out mean. On top of this, our new neighbors upstairs are constantly loud. They wake up our baby multiple times a week. We've complained so many times, and have pleaded with them to do something to make it better. This is on top of us going upstairs multiple times a week to politely ask our neighbors to quiet down. It's truly a nightmare. At this point we've tried and been given nothing to fix the situation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The new staff is beyond disappointing. Please avoid this complex.
