This is a great place to live! Management is friendly and very helpful. Location is great, its right across from VCU and conveniently close to downtown. I would recommend anyone to live here.
My roommate and I have lived here for the last three years and I can testify that the place is amazing! Before we moved here, we went and searched other nearby apartment complexes and found nothing really compared to Park Plaza. The management has been really nice and accommodating to residents. And the building itself is very safe and other residents are also very nice!
Ever since the previous property manager has left, the new guy has been really attentive and treats me as an individual as opposed to just a "tenant". I originally had put in notice to leave but circumstances changed and I am more than excited to renew my lease for another year.
Park Plaza apartments are a wonderful place to live! My roommate and I have been living her for about 2 and half years, and we have loved it. The manager and staff are very friendly and easy to talk to if we ever had any issues. The maintenance also comes very quickly whenever we need it. The apartment itself is much newer than other ones in Richmond. Overall it is definitely worth the rent!
My roommate and I stayed here while attending medical school. The building is clean and quiet even though there were a good number of students living there at that time. The apartment offered a good set up for roommates with two private bathrooms separated by the living room and kitchen. The apartment also featured a full size washer and dryer and the temperature was controllable. The office ladies and maintenance staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.
