The Kings Crossing Staff was great in helping me with my search to find a new home. They answered every question me and my girls had. It was great! I couldnt have asked for a better experience!
I had an exceedingly impressive experience with the entire office staff this afternoon! The GYM and POOL are hands down phenomenal! Lets not forget the 24 hour access to the Starbucks machine! BRAVO
I live in the complex for 3 years and the maintenance was not good they didnt keep the yards up the lawn company wouldnt come back into my back lawn to move the walls was cracked and the towel racks in the bathroom would break in a week times when they would fix them. Also we was forced to move on christmas just because they wanted to put stainless steel appliances in my old unit plus i had hardwood floors and requested with new unit but they just lied to us and said that all the unit now have carpet and that we had to take carpet but that was a lie because all the units beside me had hardwood floors. Kings crossing will rip you off because they force you take a unit with carpet and if you have animals when you move out they charge you for the whole unit to be replace with carpet and completely lie and say that that your animal did over a thousand dollars of damage they take pictures of other units and blame you for damage. They are the worst company to rent from i have been renting for over 20 years and this has been the worst experience i have had with a rent company. I say DONT RENT FOR THEM THE OUTCOME ISNT GOOD.
I decided to reserve a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden style. The whole complex looks very attractive and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter lived there 15 years ago and hada very good experience.
This is the second time we've lived in King's Crossing. We first lived here from 2004-2006 after we moved to Richmond from out of state. We were very happy living here then. In 2015 we sold our house and needed to rent again. We knew we wanted to come back to King's Crossing. We've been here since and are still so pleased with this complex. The grounds are beautiful and always kept to nice. There are giant mature oaks all around which is something you don't see in the new construction apartments. The townhome units are the biggest in terms of square footage that I've ever seen in a rental. Our townhome has gorgeous hardwood floors and a brick woodburning fireplace. There are small yards perfect for people with dogs and kids. Our mail comes to our front door rather than a common area. The people in the office are very friendly and helpful and want to please their residents. Overall we love living here and would recommend it to anyone.
