I have been living here for over the past four years and I can truly state that Kings Crossing is the place to live. The property is well maintained, the maintenance crew are very professional and polite and take consideration in the tenants living space. The staff in the office are very friendly and accommodating. Theresa who works in the office is very sweet, very helpful and has a lovely personality. She is very professional and is always willing to give you her time when she is available. I hope and pray I will be here for the next four or more years.
It is a disgrace how the lawns look like a jungle. Grass it half cut once a month maybe. This is suppose to be the top of the line in their apartments.
Two words sum up this place - MICE and ROACHES. Do NOT live here.
I highly recommend Kings Crossing as a wonderful place to live! It is convenient to most of Richmond and the surrounding counties.The Leasing Office staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful with any problems. The maintenance staff is superior. An Example: after the recent heavy storm several weeks ago, I discovered a leak & one of my rooms & reported it to the maintenance staff. Within an hour someone was here to assess the leak & begin to solve the problem. I was amazed because I'm sure there were many other apartments with leaks also. During the whole process of several days that it took to fix the problem correctly, the maintenance staff as always was courteous, friendly efficient , & very skilled. During this time the Leasing Office Staff called me several times to be sure the work was being completed to my satisfaction! I have lived here for 18 years and have been very happy here. The grounds & the apartments, townhouses are all well maintained!
