(12 Ratings)Thank you for taking the time to write a review as we do appreciate your thoughts and feedback. <BR><BR>As you shared, internet is one of the amenities that we provide here at CFL and our provider is Amtech. It is quite common for apartment communities to be limited to the use of one internet provider with the option for residents to upgrade. Before selecting Cookie Factory, we've had many residents that asked who our internet provider was prior to applying for the apartment. This was so they could be aware and do any research they felt necessary prior to reserving or moving in to the apartment. We are more than happy to provide this information to any prospect or resident should they ask at any part of the process. <BR><BR>Included in your move in packet is our internet provider's contact information as well as several upgraded package options that you can choose from. Like yourself, many of our residents who work from home, and have successfully been able to stream music, game, etc. using the internet that we provide. Thank you for your review.<BR><BR>We are sorry it sounds like you have had a frustrating experience with a neighboring apartment. Without being able to speak to your specific situation, we can at least assure you that noise complaints are taken seriously. When a noise complaint is received we follow our policy protocol of sending a first violation letter followed by any additional violation letters depending on whether the issue gets better. We have found that often neighbors are unaware how sound travels within a building but once they are made aware they are more conscientious of their actions. If the resident receiving the complaint contacts us to explain they do not feel the complaint against them is valid then we are tasked with trying to investigate whether we have a case of varying tolerance levels or actual unacceptable behavior. We do this by performing sound abatements and/or remediation as we deem necessary. <BR><BR>Ultimately we never want our residents to feel uncomfortable or disturbed in their own home so we do take the time to try to find a solution for all parties which isn't always easy or a fast process although we can assure you it is well-researched. Again we are very regretful you have had to go through this and would like to speak with you about your specific situation. <BR><BR>We do love our dogs at Cookie Factory. Residents are expected to clean up after their pets including having their own pet waste bags. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts us. <BR><BR>Internet is an amenity that we are happy to provide to the residents. We provide 5 Mbps; which is sufficient for the majority of our residents. In addition, there are upgraded packages available up to 100 Mbps. <BR><BR>We try our best to accommodate residents that are unable to pick up packages during the day. We are open late one night during the week for this sole purpose and on Saturdays. We actually do not close for our lunch breaks. We have two staff members in the office and we take separate lunch breaks to make sure we are able to remain open. Unfortunately, we do however have to close our office when we are both out on tours as we can't leave the office unsecured. Just as picking up packages may be most convenient for residents on their lunch break, it is also when prospective residents schedule their tours with us. You are always welcome to call and find out what times the office may have to be closed for a tour so you are not inconvenienced with having to wait for us to return. <BR><BR>Thank you again for your review.<BR>April 11, 2019
