Chelsea Square

Not only the apartments are old but also each. and every fitting, appliances, cupboards doors window, the list goes on. They would NEVER replace the old item, instead try to FIX them by changing some penny washers etc. The result.... problem is never solved. I stayed there for almost 2 yrs and never got any old thing replaced. They charge you hundreds for rent and will not replace. even a small faucet no matter you call them once or twenty times. The handy man will come and try to FIX and always fail.

The location is convenient, with stores, resturaunts, and schools being nearby. Whoever built these apartments created them at a great location, but no changes seem to have been made since these apartments were built. As for management, someone will always show up to help. Unfortunately, that seems to be the extent of their abilities, for nothing has been fixed. Bathroom sinks and leaking refrigerators won't be fixed even if maintenance workers are called dozens of times. The same cupboards, the same appliances, only brushed up to look nice and clean when one first moves in. The bathroom sink was painted on when we moved in and began to chip off merely a few days afterward. If there are no other places available, then it can't be helped, but I would not recommend living here if there is another option.

The management is HORRIBLE..HORRIBLE...THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND THE APARTMENTS ARE FALLING APART. Leaking roof, railings falling apart on the stairs and they Jack up the rent sky high every year. Not to mention they tow all day long 365 days a year. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
