I love all the renovations that have been done. However, the rent office towed one of my vehicles, costing me 150.00. There are no signs advising were cannot park in certain spots, or that vehicles will be towed. I never signed anything. The trouble this caused, because the company they use stole my credit card info as I had it in my car. It's scary, I always pay my rent on time, to know my vehicles aren't safe in my own area where I life.
1-Poor management .
2-Roaches are everywhere. Poor maintenance.
3- Find a way to collect extra money from the tenant on top of the rent.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Have had to call maintenance multiple times for the same issues. Overall everyone is nice and professional.
Not worth the money..I would say appliances are upgraded but NEWLY Renovated is false advertisement. The staff isnt't very friendly nor helpful. I regret moving there everyday cant wait until the lease is up.
It could be a little better. For the cost

Shopping and restaurants can be found all along Midlothian including the neighboring Chesterfield Town Center which is home to Macy's, TJ Maxx, Sears, JC Penney and numerous other shops. We are also conveniently located in the Chesterfield School District within close proximity to schools including Crestwood Elementary School, Robious Middle School and James River High School.
