1. I pay for a parking spot and the garage elevator is continually broken sometimes for three day stretches. I feel parking should be reimbursed as ATC does not comply with my lease. Unacceptable. 2. Security absent via garage elevator entry door. Easily opened without fob. Unacceptable 3. Security missing entirely on garage entry to common room. No keyless pad - anyUnacceptable. 4. Walls are thin, and neighbors can hear my broken dishwasher running. I can also hear them on both sides.
Overall I really like living at American Tobacco Center. Some things I'm disappointed in are the energy effectiveness (which is to be expected) with the windows having gaps in them or not shutting all the way. We have had to take a lot of weather proofing measures on our own. Also I never realized how thin the walls were before moving in- I can hear normal conversations through our living room walls and music from our neighbors upstairs.
Requested that the garbage disposal be fixed and anchored down, but was never done. Have left several voice messages with your office, none were returned. The time that it takes for a representative to contact residents is unsatisfactory.
Walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors partying in the room attached to my bedroom late into the night, and could smell cigarette smoke coming in from the other next door neighbors on a regular basis. My roof leaked despite multiple fixes. Everytime someone walked on the roof to fix it a shower of dirt and debris rained down on my bed and other furniture requiring biweekly vacuuming.and the windows were so poorly insulated that snow would collect on the inside windowsill.
Quality of maintenance service has degraded drastically. It took over 8 hours to respond to an EMERGENCY call. New service website is absolutely horrible. The old site was bad and needed replacement, but I'm honestly a bit afraid to have my banking information on there, with the completely broken password system. Internet service is worthless. Frequent outages, slow connections and absolutely useless support. If I could, I would have switched ISPs years ago. I'd say more if there was space to.
