A $100 nonrefundable pet fee, per pet, is required at the time of move-in, along with a $35 monthly pet rent for 1 pet, and $50 per month for 2 pets.

    I've been living here for over a year. The internet that is included in the rent is very slow. It's been 3 months since this building smells like trash, we always complain and nobody take action. The rent is expensive compared to other properties in the region. I feel disrespected.
