Management is extremely dishonest. Do not trust them to honor the rental amount quoted at time of application or to accept rent payments through their automated system. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Not good at all!
Very smelly hallways which dogs are all over poeple there are not like I had thought upon my first impression
Property outside was dirty
You can see other residents with there windows open and unmade beds hanging blankets
The property was renovated but smelled awful

Great place to live, very friendly management, surrounded by nature, and Lake Fairfax Park. Parking is great for you and your guest, would recommend.

I love the community and I feel that if tenants that pay always on time or early should not experience High rate increase for same apartment renew lease. Also, Just wish they would exterminate whole building at same time to rid of pests.
