The noise on the top floors from the wind is not bearable. Lived in this area in high rises for a while now compared to the noise in some of the buildings in tysons corners, this one is the worst. Parking is a nightmare.

2nd year here and the management team that took over from previous management is amazing. The neighborhood is still evolving and we are excited to see the changes. Although we have had some minor issues throughout our lease, the office team is responsive and always helpful. I have also made some great friends at the events that the management hosts.

Current tenant. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS! It has been problem after problem since moving in and I regret the decision everyday. Fire alarms go off like crazy in the colder months, 2 flooding incidents have occurred since Ive been here, the parking garage is a catastrophe and even if you pay $150 someone will still park in your assigned spot (the apartment says they tow people but they do not). Our air conditioner was broken throughout the summer and we put in numerous maintenance tickets until they decided to replace it. When they finally replaced the a/c they left a pipe open and we had a leak. The leak was so bad the wood floors were coming up. When we brought this to their attention it was stated they might have the floors replaced Tuesday after Labor Day. There was no email confirmation, no phone call or text. I came home to two people I didnt know in my apartment with all my stuff moved around and my dog in a create in a different spot then I left him. The building manager admitted she didnt know they were replacing the floors in my apartment that day and the service technician stated he didnt know either. When the floors were completed the two men left a mess in my apartment. They broke a wine bar that costs $1000 and damaged a $700 rug. When I brought this to the building managers attention she stated that Comstocks insurance agent would come to look at it and they would decide how much they would compensate us for the damages. Although most of the staff members are pleasant, it doesnt make up for the lack of processes and professionalism. We are ending our lease for personal reasons, but the choice to leave a comstock property is super easy. Comstock is a greedy company that doesnt care about you, just your money. If you do your research youll find comstock is in the middle of several stories where they are boldly in the wrong and have no remorse. If you are looking to live in luxury apartments, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
