Poor customer service staff. They are nice when they want you to sign the lease but run into so many issues starting on the day when I was suppose to receive possession of the place.
1- Lady at the desk was rude to begin with. The keys were not ready. Took her hours to get the keys ready, smiling in my face the whole time and not even apologetic.
2- The lock inside the bedroom was not functioning properly. Her response: "just play around with it to get to work". (by the way she is still smirking). Still did not work.
3- I told her that i will not take possession of the place and want my money back. She called my phone and said, i will credit your account $45 and will have the lock fix by Monday morning (all this happened on a Saturday).
4- On Monday, I went to the office and asked her when are they going to fix the lock. Well, my manager will be here in an hour and she the only one that can call locksmith and by the way I want you to bring hotel receipt for Saturday and Sunday for us to credit your account 45$. I'm asking myself is this lady really serious. I'm trying very hard not to go off on her at this point.
5- This is what I have to deal with on day one. I'm starting to ask myself how will life be at this place if I have to deal with those people on a regular.

Love how kind the ladies at the front desk are! This place is nice; I love the gym, the individual suite is very comfortable in size. My biggest concern is how thin all the walls are! You can clearly hear another conversation in the next room
They have a nica place i felt ral secure ther with nice neighbors
