Management are HORRIBLE! Dont move here!... ROACHES & RATS EVERYWHERE! STRAY CATS LIVE IN THE DUMPSTERS

These apartments are the worse, I wouldnt recommend a homeless person to even live there. Jennifer who is the apartment manager is very rude, short with you, has a nonchalant attitude, and very sarcastic. The apartment conditions are old, and ROACH infested. They take forever to fix anything or they send you a email telling you it was fixed when it actually wasnt. The neighbors that live above you can make as much noise as they want to, and the rent office does nothing about it. You have to call the rent office several times just for them to answer, I have even had to call the rent office private just for them to answer. When you move they will try to find anything that they can possibly charge you for to take your security deposit. These were the worst apartments that I ever resided in. If you work hard for your money, and pay your rent on time every month then I would highly suggest not moving here, because they wont even take that into consideration that you should not have to put up with those type of living conditions where you pay your hard earned money to live comfortably and roach free.

When I went to visit Bailey's Ridge Apartments the complex was very clean. The apartment I was shown was also clean and well kept. The application process was fast. Staff was very nice and professional.
