Living at The Quarters for the past year has been amazing, between the planned events, eccentric office staff, and well maintained community The Quarters truly is a welcoming and happy place to live.

The apartments are not luxury, and they care nothing about the tenants property, cars etc.

No longer what I would consider luxury apartments. Garage is overpriced and is no longer sprayed for dangerous spiders. Our central heating and cooling system breaks every season with only temporary fixes and never a professional maintenance technician. Grounds are often littered with dog droppings and appliances fall apart regularly. Minor fixes are taken care of quick which is nice and community events are plenty, but I would rather see the money go towards fixing the actual apartments themselves. Overall I would reccomend moving into a different apartment complex.
