!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This is literally the worst place I have ever lived. I read the reviews before deciding to move here but I thought they were being dramatic. Not. At. All. The owners of this complex are 100% slumlords and the property management doesnt care. THE CITY SHOULD MARK THEM AS CONDEMNED. I wouldnt even wish my worst enemy to live here. I lived in the Towers portion for a year July 2018-Aug2019 and I COULD NOT wait to move out after month 3 ! The maintenance man told me out of his own mouth the owners didnt want to buy the towers. Only the new portion but they had no choice. The maintenance is bad. And the place is crappy. We had a pipe in our kitchen with a gapping hole in it and it took them about 2.5 weeks before they even came to fix it. So anytime we used any water in our kitchen or the neighbor used his it would flood our floors. We would have no hot water 5 out of 7 days of the week. Sometimes no water at all. The toilet wouldnt flush or would clog literally if you put one square of tissue in it. The AC in the entire building went out during the hottest part of summer and I was told that I was wrong and it wasnt broken. Took them 3 days before someone came to fix it. After my boyfriend and I complained enough and threatened to leave they decided to move us to another apartment. This one was INFESTED WITH ROACHES. to the point where MAINTENANCE MEN had traps in there .. knowing they had the roaches they still moved us in. The elevator constantly breaks down. Trash always outside. It smells of dog pee and poop outside... I promise you this isnt even half. Save yourself the headache and irritation and DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! Ask anyone in the building ... literally EVERYONE hate it there. If I could leave no stars I would.
I have been a resident here since August of 2018. I have yet to take a decent shower or be able to shave because of the water pressure. I have addressed it with the front office many of times and no action has been taken. Also, the internet provided by the complex is horrible.
The only complaint is the noise. We hear banging on the ceiling from 6am-11pm that is consistent and does not stop. It is so loud and unenjoyable, I would much rather live elsewhere. My family does not even want to stay in our apartment, because it is so bithersome. I'm basically paying for a place to sleep. Not live.
There isn't anything you can get better for the price
It is a quiet and friendly community. I would recommend this property to friends and family. The staff has been very helpful and courteous since I've moved in.
