I have been a resident for 3 years and I have no plans to move. The office staff is wonderful and very attentive to the needs of the tenants. You feel like family. The grounds are always clean and neat. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to call home. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Brittany or anyone in the office they will definitely take care of you.

I absolutely love my apartment. Its quiet and the people in my building are super friendly, its like having family away from family. The staff in the front office is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. Huge shoutout to the property manager Penny and Assistant Manager Brittany, I truly appreciate you both and you ladies definitely rock! Also, whenever I submit a maintenance request its always taken care of right away! The maintenance supervisor Shannon is always pleasant as well! Thanks for providing such great customer service and staying on top of things!- Katrina L.

Hi. I Moved into my apartment a week ago. The staff member Kimberly was very welcoming and made me feel at home! I love my apartment! I am happy and settled here at Hodges Manor!

I stopped in to tour with Stephanie. I was looking for a two bedroom with den apartment. Y'all don't have one right now and I found one elsewhere. I just wanted to let you know that Stephanie is professional and genuine.

Hodges Manor is wonderful comfortable environment. Maintenance tech Russell fixed a few manor things in my apartment and love my place even more!!! Thank you Russell and the rest of the staff!
