I have lived at Harbor Tower apts for six years now and I love it! I just read a few negative reviews that I totally disagree with. True, many of the residents are older folks, like myself, but there are lots of younger people living here as well. As a female who lives alone, safety is very important to me and I have a true sense of security here. The amenities in the building are wonderful, the views are spectacular no matter what unit you live in, and the location is perfect for restaurants and shopping, and there's even a dog park. The ferry to Norfolk and Harbor Park is right outside the door! There are beautiful, safe walkways for a stroll along the Elizabeth River. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. I love living here and highly recommend it to all.
The property manager Erin was absolutely terrible. Her attitude was very poor and she was very unpleasant to deal with. Never would recommend this place to anyone and it needs to be updated.
I lived in this apartment building for 3 years and my wife and I loved it. The view from the 19th floor was awesome, the staff was excellent, and our neighbors were friendly. All I can say is the two previous complainers need to do some self reflection before they open up their mouths and whine. Perhaps the problem was them... What can I say... Would recommend Harbor Towers to anyone... Enjoy your day!
These people are nosey, I wouldnt recommend a young black successful person to live here. They act like they own there apartments lots of complaints, peoplle think they higher then others very Bougie. If your black theres mostly older whites here be prepared to feel uncomfortable. Some of the residents are rude they dont respond to hello, all the people here who do valet and empty trash are black its kind of weird if you know what I mean, perfect for and older white person or if you act like them, younger crowd be better off getting a real house or renting a house would be worth the money, this place is a rip off, its old the appliances are not up to date, the apartments freeze in the winter and stay hot in the summer theyve worked on my ac at lest 4 times, most people like it here are old very lame boring building for a young adult especially if your black
The staff was helpful until they called to reject me. I make more money than what is required, two little minor things on my credit and I was rejected. The company expects you to have A1 credit. One of the questions that was asked was illegal and I feel offended that it would even be asked. This is not the place that you would want to stay.
