My review got deleted, here it is again: Pros: adorable, nice staff, assigned parking Cons: hallways are rarely cleaned, tenants blast music no matter the hour, pests(especially during spring/summer), tenants sits in hallways while smoking and drinking, kids run up and down steps with no regard for neighbors, thin walls(you hear everything), kids play in the parking lots, not ventilated property, and you have to purchase heaters to stay warm during the winter....

I'am scheduled to move in an few weeks and the Leasing Office has been absolutely amazing! Kind,efficient,and prompt in helping me to get I'm everything I need to prepare for move in. The neighborhood is quiet convenient landscape well maintenance.
