Poor Customer Service. You are never able to get the office manager on the phone. My friend who needed information has been calling for over a month and she has not returned the calls. I try calling and got the same thing, the answering machine. I decided to go in person on a Monday in which the office is suppose to be open from 9-5 pm. Got to lobby and it was locked, called and got no know answer and was not able to go into the facility. Called again while in the office and still got the answering machine. I saw the maintenance man, and told him to let her know I would come back after shopping. Got back, and called from lobby, and got not answer. The maintenance man saw me at the door and let me in. Went into the office, and the girl got an attitude because I open her door, which was closed with the blinds close also. When I open it she said, oh.., Knock. I then said Knock? You don't even answer your phone. She went on and on about what she had to do. I said, Do you need help. Want me to come help you, and she said, NO, you are to aggressive for me. I do need a job, I'm retired with a house that is paid for, but it show you her customer service to even say that to me. Need to get someone in they can help the customers that keep you in business, not someone who do not have the time for the customers.
