PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS POST IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO DISCREDIT THE PROPERTY IN ANY WAY, BUT FOR THE $1200 I PAID FOR A 2/2 APARTMENT I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED, BUT THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY NICE.
My residency began 18 months ago when professional office staff were present. I failed to accept unprofessional behavior, and I certainly didnt know my place, therefore, I was treated as though I was doing something wrong.
One of several concerns was the water bill. No, it wasnt much for some, but its the principle, especially when Im told I have my own meter, and shouldnt be paying the bill for another apartment. I didnt realize why I was spending so much on water until the present staff told me the water bill is split betwwwn all the tenants in the building. I was paying for water I didnt use. I spent an average of 3 days a week in the apartment.
After change in leadership I found the disregard for older tenants, parking, and loud music to be ridiculously unacceptable for a luxury apartment complex was out of control. I also found the excessive verbal and physical confrontations among tenants/girlfriends and females who do not live here, the sale and use of drugs unacceptable. I spoke to office staff after the changing of the guard in the office about the drugs, parking, older tenants having no place to park, but was dismissed on each occasion. I have lived at Weinstein luxury properties in two different states, and although the same occurred at both properties this one did not have the gun shots.
I am military and do not want this garbage around my soldiers, they deserve better!! THE BEST!!
However, on a lighter and more professional perspective, both properties have Award Winning Maintenance Teams! They are thorough, professional, and personable. You can trust each and every maintenance staff member that walks in your apartment. Out of all due fairness the three stars are for the maintenance team. They deserve five stars.
I moved my mother into this place temporarily before we bought our first home. The maintenance men were always so pleasant and helpful but the office workers were unskilled, unprofessional and very rude. I promise I will never recommend this place to anyone I know. They never took our complaints seriously, overcharged, and took advantage of my elderly mother. She never got a restful night sleep because the neighbors were so loud and the management did nothing to correct the issues. To make matters worse they took a majority of our deposit to replace carpet in the apartment which a flood encouraged due to faulty wiring in the laundry room from the neighbors above where she lived. I recommend anyone go somewhere else other than this place.
Courtney was abig help, they promptly responded to my calls and helped me find and apartment. The community and clean and the leasing team is all very friendly
This place always has residents who blast their music in the middle of the night, people from other buildings take up parking where you live, always an issue with the amenities that are told to you are included. Then, the week of your move they will call and say the apartment that you signed up for is not available.
