Addison Crater Woods

Many issues with the main one being not returning my entire security deposit. Charging me to replace blinds that were damaged prior to my arrival. And I even notated that on my inspection form. Had no AC for the majority of my stay. Pet hair all over the floor and I had zero pets. Was given 1 window AC unit for a 1200 sqft apartment to accommodate us while the AC was out and my power bill shot up to almost $350. Not a dime of compensation received from this place. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT RENT HERE.

This place was 100% not worth living here.

Bedbugs and Roaches When I moved in I saw there were dead roaches in the hallway in the morning. I voiced my concern to my leasing agent. She replied said even expensive apt have roaches. I asked for pest services thinking I could take care of the problem. My leasing agent later told me someone had brought the roaches in when they moved here. So they are renting apts that know have roaches. The exterminator came and treated my apt. I later asked him about treating other apts. He said he was not asked to treat other apts. How does this help? The roached travel from one apt to another. Since then I have seen a two inch roach on the outside of my sliding door. Opening my laptop to a roach crawling across it. Many roaches beside my kitchen sink. And waking up to a roach crawling on back in the middle of the night. They had a pest inspection. The man found 40 roaches in my neighbors apt. The apt above it had bedbugs that had spread to apt beside it. While you have to worry about roaches. You think you hear fireworks-wrong- gunfire. You have just increased your chances of being hit by a stray bullet. I have watched drug deals go down in my parking lot. The walls and ceiling are paper thin. You hear your neighbor having sex, watching tv and their music. The leasing office will go into your apt when you are not there. My neighbor told me she only locks her deadbolt. She came home to her knob and deadbolt locked. The leasing office is suppose to give 24 hrs notice before coming in your apt. But I watched them knock on doors and if no one answers they let themselves in. Avoid this place at all costs. There is a reason there are so many open apts.

Love, Love my apartment, and I love my ladies in the leasing office they make you feel right at home. Any, problems or repairs they are on top of it. I give them up!!! Thank you, Carol

Very unprofessional. The handbook says one thing but the office says another. When it was time to move out and we didn't want to renew the lease all of a sudden we had to pay until lease ending date although the email did not state a certain date. Here's the time line, lease renewal email sent December 21, 2018 stating to renew lease online or to give 60 day notice. Which we finally got our chance to do on January 10th. No one responded so we called to make sure it was received which it was. Fast forward after several calls, we were recently notified we would have to pay our entire last months rent as opposed to the last stated prorated rate... long story short watch out for misguided statements from leasing office. They look for you to pay the longer date.... the handbook states that only if not given proper notice will a person be responsible for the rest of the months rent. But Im being told that is not the case.

I recently moved here and I am in awe of how amazing this place is! The landscape is gorgeous and well maintained. There's a place for everyone even your pets! The apartment is truly beautiful and spacious! I submitted a maintenance request and within 10 minutes someone had responded and the problem was resolved with a few hours! This is a wonderful community and I am happy to call it home!

The person who came was knowledgeable about the problem and friendly.

I lived here with friends 8 years ago and this was my first apartment and I loved my apartment, the amenities, and my neighbors. I have referred so many people here over the years and they have all had similar experiences. The easy to access fitness center, clubhouse, pools, and playgrounds were a big reason I loved these apartments. With a large complex like this trash has always been an issue- but for how cheap the rent is and everything you get with it it's a small price to pay.

Have been living in the community for about 4 months now , and I wish we moved in sooner ! Not only is the location close to all essential stores and restaurants the community itself has an abundance of amenities for you to take advantage . With 3 separate work or gyms you never have to worry about working out in a crowded environment . The pool is always maintained and clean as well as the landscaping around the complex . What sold me on addison was the indoor basketball court , which I haven't seen in any apartment community EVER ! The staff are friendly and always willing to resolve in problems or questions you have , Cydney is awesome ! Put addison on the top of your list !

I have been extremely happy here. Its quiet. Well kept. Beautiful area.
