What Renters Like and Dislike About Pembroke

What I like most about my neighborhood is the fact that it's right by a wonderful park. There's even a boat launch at the park. Plenty of shopping in a also close by. The mall is less than a mile away. The hospital is less than a mile away.

This is a very family friendly area. It is safe for everyone to walk to visit friends. Also everyone participates in many different things from community gardens to holiday cookie exchanges and decorating.

The unique part of my neighborhood is that is is a military town. My favorite local spot to eat is old chicago, they have good pizza. I like going to events with my family as well.

plenty of restaurants nearby, close to public transport and a park just down the road. the parking lot is extremely well lit.

So far I would say that I enjoy how quiet the neighborhood is. It's close by to most shops & I'm hoping to make new friends soon.

I like that the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is a safe place where you child(ren) can play outside.
