Came home from work Tuesday water all in my bedroom closet,called Maintenance said they were short staffed and would put in a work order. Wednesday came home the water in the closet has know spead to my bedroom there is feces on the floor. My bathtub has black stuff in it,my toilet has low water pressure. They said they fixed the toilet don't understand how when it all seems to be connected to the issue with the hot water tank in the closet. The Maintenance tech got my rug in my bathroom soaking wet and left it on top of a dry rug. To top it all off woke up this morning now its Thursday to no HOT WATER had to take a cold shower. Was not even told about the hot water. The carpet needs to be replaced along with the padding underneath not just a water extraction. Something needs to be done before I get home today at 1500. Chanel tells me that I could have called the emergency # if I didn't have any hot water,but didn't find out till this morning so what good is the #. Who wants to have feces on their floor they didn't even get that up. My apartment is a mess some of my personal property is ruined. My stress level and anxiety are really high right now that I can't even concentrate at work.

Im retired.. sold my home to downsize and I see your property is well kept and I love the high/cathedral like ceilings in some units..thats what I want
