apartment back in 2018 I was taken to the model with fireplace the model was very beautiful and well kept before applying I asked will I have a working fireplace and leasing person at that time told me yes so since I saw model I signed and immediately was given a managers special apartment I should have been weary at that time. When I moved in the first thing I saw where long leg spiders on ceiling and a infestation of roaches which the roaches continued until 12/2019 at that time they were able to get rid of them. I had 7 water leaks since I have been living there and to my surprise the year I moved in I went and purchase items for my fireplace before using I contacted maintenance to come and show me how to use it well that did not got well cause maintenance told me my fireplace had a cap on it from the fire marshal and I was not the only one that had the same issue and then I was told that they are working with a company and the fireplaces will be repaired and they would get back to me...,NOT I had not heard a thing about the repair of fireplaces. The water leaks were from second floor were 4 of them the rest came from the old water heater, and when my tub was being repaired when I was not at home, the so called maintenance man left the water running and when I got home there was a puddle of water in hallway my bathroom and on top my closet floor was soak and wet which all of my long dress and pant suits were soaked with water which I had to immediately wash about 50 pieces of clothing. When the maintenance man finally came back from getting a part he saw the water told me he was coming right back after I questioned him about the water everywhere he did not even try to help me mop up all that water he caused. It has been a nightmare since I lived there and to top it off the apartment s extremely outdated and for the amount of rent they charge they could update the apartments. Please beware

s still alot of issues that need to be fixed starting with the noise of the neighbors if you reside here than you are very aware the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything so shame on those that play their music so loud your walls shake or have their surround system up as loud as it goes. Partying outside at night or fighting It has even become worse now that people are at home news flash not everyone gets to stay at home some of us still have to get up and go to work Iam in the Navy we dont get to stay at home two nights ago the music was so loud and the people were so loud on the balcony I thought they was in our building no I look out side it is the building across from our I dont know how their neighbors stood it I went over and knocked on the door they never answered maybe the music and partying was so loud they didnt hear me one of the neighbors came out said this is all the time that music started at 7pm their company came a couple hours later they didnt stop until the rain started at 2AM you bet I was not happy I had to get up for wk at 430am today it is almost 530pm and here we go same people music has started even when I come hm from wk between 330pm and 4 you can hear the loud music loud tvs people shouting if mang would cm out of that office they would hear it. The Parking we are not going there I have complained so many times about the parking so has other tenants they dont care mang has a resv spot to park however the tenants who is paying this high price in rent has no parking again if mang would cm out of that office take a look at who doesnt have parking permits they would see everyone but the tenants are parking where the tenants are to park not in visitors spot not to long ago mang put out an email about not getting visitor passes while the virus stay at hm was in place what visitor passes I have never seen or heard of visitor passes obviously neither has anyone else and now that many people are at hm the parking is worse sad thing its n
