Literally the worst place I ever lived. We moved in while they still were working on the building which was mistake one because the amenities were not finished, yet we were paying for them. Every morning our upstairs neighbor woke us at 5am because we could hear them stomping around.
The staff and the company were over all rude and did not do their job. The parking garage doors were constantly broken. My husband and our dog got stuck in the elevator for over 2 hours and the staff was no where to be found. The numbers that were provided to the fire department were all numbers of people who no longer worked for the company.

When we moved out they charged us over $1500 for a new stove because they claimed they needed to replace the old one. We moved into the building when it was brand new and the oven/stove was barely used as we did not cook often. It was our mistake not well documenting how we left things because clearly they tried taking advantage of this situation.

The apartment building is beautiful and the amenities are good. I would give the building a 4. I would take away 1 star for the size of the apartments.

That being said, all of that is tarnished with horrendous management. Every discussion with Krystle --one of the two ladies managing the business-- has involved disrespect and threats. I would actively avoid this building for the management in the building.

The company that owns this building and many more buildings that are way more respectful and better managed. I would look at one of the other options prior to the Edge at 450.

May look nice on the outside and on the surface, but I have visited my girlfriend's apartment and the overall staff and maintenance is not to the standards of a luxury apartment. Within 3 weeks of moving into the brand new building, water damage was evident in the bathroom. Because it is a new building, I was understanding that there may be troubleshooting issues. However, the contractors did not fully rectify the situation until yesterday, about 2.5 months after the fact. Absolutely not okay. There are plenty of other luxury apartments downtown with a friendlier staff so would advise to go for those.
