    I don't know about living here. I have called the office 5 times to check on availability, no one ever answers, I did get the answering service one time, she said she would give them my message, still no call. I went so far as to call the management company, still no response. How can I live there if I can't even get in touch with them?

    I had one of the most beautiful experiences ever last week. I was driving through the neighborhood and The Spirit of God said, "Walk the grounds look around." Upon doing so I had a sense of peace. I felt like this "could" very well be my next home. I was blown away by the level of meekness, authenticity and level of professionalism that Tanya (property manager assistant)exuded. I was very pleased with the interaction. In short, Tanya is an . I truly thank God for "the experience" . I'm a prospective tenant, I pray that everything works in my favor. I have no desire to look elsewhere after meeting Tanya.The Sterling Oak environment and whole vibe is complementary to what I upheld/esteem which is quality, genuineness, professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, etc. I have nothing but good to report of this establishment and key player Tanya #TrueStory

    Home away From Home. It Starts in the Leasing office. Property Manager Joseph and His Assistant Tanya are Wonderful. The area is very clean and quiet. And I just love how maintenance are always on it when you need them. I really highly recommend this community as your HOME. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN IN THE 757 AREA.

    this was the best costumer service i have had from any apartments in the VA beach/Norfolk area. The very sweet and bubbly lady i spoke to on the phone was so sweet and answered all my questions. I am definitely looking to move here now just because of how I was treated over the phone, if their staff is as nice as she is this seems like a perfect place for live!
