The customer service here is really good however this complex is dated with no central air and heat. Also parking is an issue here. It's a shame you pay a certain amount a month in rent but not able to park.
Lived here from 2012 until 2016. There is a serious roach infestation. If the office receives a certain number of complaints about pests from the quad of apartments in your building, everyone in the quad will be put on a mandatory spray list, where the pest control contractors will enter your home and spray pesticide inside of your kitchen cabinets & around the perimeter of your unit. If you are unprepared for treatment, or have pets or small infants in the home, you'll be assessed a fee. If you're on the bottom floor, your ceiling will creak loudly - it is possible to hear upstairs neighbors move from room to room, and you can even see the ceiling bounce up and down if they are "busy". Maintenance is responsive, but don't expect anything to get replaced - they will repair, glue together, or even paint over anything, but nothing ever gets replaced. The linoleum in our bathroom was peeling upon move in and you could see the exposed floor, and they did nothing to replace it. Low rent - high neighbor turnover, and they accept section 8 vouchers, so you'll see all sorts of "interesting" people move in. All in all, I'm glad we left, but it wasn't the worst place in the world to live once we did our own treatments for pest control.
Apartments are dated and they all have a roach problem.
