The neighborhood is safe and pretty quiet. The amenities need some work. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The Apartment Building is in the one best locations in downtown. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance personal does a fantastic job in keeping all the units in working order. The rent is high, although most of people who rent in the building are very courteous and friendly. I have been here now going on my fourth year and it is there is no other place in downtown Norfolk that comes close as far as location, amenities and excellent service.
