My wife and I loved living at the Icon building. The entire staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Every question was answered and every concern addressed quickly, effectively, and graciously. We loved the extraordinary view, how we could easily walk to numerous restaurants and attractions downtown, and the building's remarkable amenities including the beautiful roof top common spaces. We highly recommend this property.

I wished I would have read reviews prior to moving in. Im sorry to say that everything, on every site, you read about this building is true. Its the worst. I hate living here and I just cannot wait to move out.
There is LITERALLY ALWAYS a problem. Garage door wont work, power outage for 4 hours, elevators down, no water, ect...
I think the most frustrating thing is the constant lies changing policies. Example- when we toured we were told that residents could rent the roof top space free of charge, now that is not true and they act as though they never said that.
I see on here that they respond to these reviews acting like they care, but heres the thing- if you are reading the reviews and care then you already know what needs to change.

Well I hate to do this. Honestly I do. This place has so much potential. You cant beat the views and location. Unfortunately the owner$ are about to wreck the best amenity ICON has. They are about to sell over half of our beautiful roof space to a restaurant. They sold basically everyone on that roof being a private amazing amenity. Over the summer it was packed with residents loving the view and space. The greedy ownership could care less. I feel bad for Jamie and the folks in charge around here. Their hands have been tied by terrible deadlines that are never met, and not an owner whos about to ruin the roof which will cause terrible backlash towards them from residents. What do they owe us? Nothing I guess. But considering a large number of us put up with deadlines and construction running MONTHS behind...many feel the least they could do is not take away our best amenity. Save yourself the headache folks...find somewhere else to live. :(
