Pros: View. Location
Cons: VERY LOUD! Constant construction waking you up in the morning. Electricity and more often water goes out. Expect monthly outtages. No control over airconditioning so prepare for hot nights during early and late summer before they turn the AC on. It is unreliable and not worth the price
This place is disgusting, out of date, unprofessional staff (I don't care attitude), walls are falling apart, pipes burst flooding apartments and hallways, if something breaks down, good luck and trying to get management to fix, management only cares about renting and not providing a service afterwards, suppose to limit dogs to 35 lbs but there are more dogs that weight way over 35 lbs that live here, there are 3 passenger elevators and 1 freight elevator, you are lucky of 1 elevators works, I would not wish The Hague apartments, on my worst enemy. THe best thing that could happen to the Hauge apartments, is if the city would condemn it and make it unsafe for any human to live in them.
Super Kind, efficient and professional !
If we had just one word to describe our housing experience at Hague Towers that would be DISGUSTING.
We moved there last year in December because it was one of the few places that apply a fixed deposit fee (irrespective of credit score) and plus they waved one month lease...we've got an old apartment but things went quite well until last summer when a water leakage in the pipes within the wall has suddenly occurred, right behind our kitchen cabinets. Mold developed very fast, turning our kitchen into a cellar. We could not shut the windows and turn AC on otherwise it would be hard to breathe. We complained many times with the management, but all they did was applying killer spray without fixing the real issues that is still there. That is just ridiculous because the building is an old one (it was built in the late 60s) and our apartments is not the only one having such issues. Eventually, about three weeks ago we came back home and found the kitchen completely flooded and a huge water leakage from the bathroom upstairs from us that resulted in the ceiling falling down just in front of our eyes!! They moved us to a tiny studio on first floor which is literally haunted by roaches. This is another common problem, I've heard other residents complaining about it and the management doesn't provide a regular pest control intervention. We recommend to stay away from this place, you can find way better housing for the same price.
