If we had just one word to describe our housing experience at Hague Towers that would be DISGUSTING.
We moved there last year in December because it was one of the few places that apply a fixed deposit fee (irrespective of credit score) and plus they waved one month lease...we've got an old apartment but things went quite well until last summer when a water leakage in the pipes within the wall has suddenly occurred, right behind our kitchen cabinets. Mold developed very fast, turning our kitchen into a cellar. We could not shut the windows and turn AC on otherwise it would be hard to breathe. We complained many times with the management, but all they did was applying killer spray without fixing the real issues that is still there. That is just ridiculous because the building is an old one (it was built in the late 60s) and our apartments is not the only one having such issues. Eventually, about three weeks ago we came back home and found the kitchen completely flooded and a huge water leakage from the bathroom upstairs from us that resulted in the ceiling falling down just in front of our eyes!! They moved us to a tiny studio on first floor which is literally haunted by roaches. This is another common problem, I've heard other residents complaining about it and the management doesn't provide a regular pest control intervention. We recommend to stay away from this place, you can find way better housing for the same price.

This property is very overpriced for what is provided. I recently toured with a very nice lady, but I did express to her my concerns. Elevators were extremely small and it is more like a college dorm than a comfy home. I found a place that is $250 cheaper per month along with more amenities and a more comfy feel. This would not have been a home to me, but a dwelling until something better came along. I would not recommend this place because all of the appliances are very outdated, it does not appear very clean, and the rooms are extremely small. You can find places with better appearance and prices with larger rooms and newer appliances. Sorry, the lady was nice, but the apartments were not great.
