I am so happy that I made the choice to move to Bondale! The management company here does an amazing job of keeping the property clean, quiet, and inviting. The apartments themselves are spacious and attractive. Bondale has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Hello, I just became tenant at bondale Apartments and I love the hold process. The staff here is wonderful. Mrs. Jennifer and Mr. William both are great from the day we walk and still now. They my greeted us with smiles. I love that it's so dog friendly here. Mr. William did a great job with showing us the property and I love the dog accessories you have in the unit for dogs that was cute 🥰. Mrs. Jennifer and Mr William both were there for any questions we had they made sure the process was smooth and they made sure we had everything to move in. They both did wonderful and I hadn't felt like that from a rent officer in awhile and they did everything like it should be when you walk in a rent officers. Thank you!!

Just moved in,so far everything is amazing. Jennifer and William, I don't really know what to say, but you too are the BEST!!!! They made my moving experience very pleasant and easy, from beginning to the end Jennifer was on it, and I appreciate that. I'm looking forward to a great neighborhood with EXCELLENT staff in the office. The apartment is GREAT !!!! I have absolutely no complaints.

Lived here for three years and it was a great. There were a few issues but management handle it in a timely manner.

I love Bondale! Highly recommend this hidden gem. Well maintained, quiet and clean property. Attractive and spacious apartments. The management staff is friendly and responsive. Glad that I moved here.

Bondale Apartments is great and I recommend it if your moving into the area. William and Jennifer helped me so much for moving into my very first apartment with my wife. There process is very easy and simple and all around great and the apartments are great.

Great apartment especially for the price! Laundry facilities aren’t bad, and you can tell things are taken well cared of. First got here apartment was clean the floors are cold so kinda feels weird at first but it’s cause of the heat, humidity, and how old these buildings are. You have a water heater for your apartment, and they have an awesome alarm system! We live on the first floor and sometimes you can hear doors steps but you can’t heaar anyone talking unless they’re yelling than it’s muffled. Definitely recommended!
