I've lived in quite a few places over the years and 201 Twenty One is the best. The location is perfect. The amenities are many. This place feels like home.
The leasing office has been wonderful and very helpful when we were moving in. Especially with giving us keys
The new management takes the condition of the building very seriously. Service requests are addressed very quickly, they've repainted and carpeted throughout the whole building and are incredibly receptive to feedback and resident concerns! Very satisfied.
The building itself is beautiful. The apartments are lovely and the many amenities are also wonderful. The office staff and the maintenance crew are all outstanding. Even the contractors are great (i.e. painters, carpet layers, valet trash collectors).
I think the new management has really elevated the overall cleanliness and quality of amenities

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
