Lovely apartments and great amenities!

Seeking to find residency, a good affordable apartment.

I have lived at 201 Twenty One for about a year now and while the apartments themselves are spacious and modern it is the staff in both the front office and maintenance that make living here so great. No matter how large or small my request maintenance has always taken care of it in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. The ladies in the front office always greet me and my dog with smiles and warm hellos, they also answer all my questions with enthusiasm and knowledge on the subject. I cannot recommend living here enough.

Once they changed ma management companies everything changed. There's one person in the office if you go on their you feel like you're bugging them. And I thought their job is to help you.

We have a great maintenance staff at 201 Twenty-One and I want to personally thank Shaq for the new dishwasher and helping me out with a little pigeon problem in the garage last week. Jordan and Avion round out a great team!

I stayed here for a year and it was absolutely amazing, I’m in the Navy so moving a lot is part of the job. When I selected this place I made sure it was classy, had great amenities, and was within walking distance to restaurants. If you want an apartment that has good security, amenities, a friendly staff, and is quiet select 201 at 21!!!

The staff was very helpful and always ready to assist. I loved living at 201 Twenty One.

The Sales staff and the Maintenance staff went above and beyond to help us. We were called away unexpectedly for an indefinite amount of time (turned out to be four months). They watched over the apt, took care of our packages, and when USPS couldn’t get the mail forwarding figured out, the staff jumped in to help there too.

Best Apartment Complex. Recommended highly.

This is a building with excellent amenities, beautiful apartments, and a truly amazing staff. This is the best location, close to everything.

I watched two cars get the windows smashed for some loose change in broad daylight from my apartment. I spoke to the police to offer my help in identifying the man both times and the police said that it was common in the area and that they all dressed the same each day so that you could not identify them. I am so glad to be gone from this place. Not SAFE!
