They are ridiculous the rental office people are rude and the rent for the space is out of control . Roaches and loud neighbors for them to pet friendly they have no dog park .

They are ridiculous over prices and the maintenance staff is horrible . The neighborhood are loud and its always some type of drama going on . Im very happy we finally moved away from that place .

I called the office to get info on the price range and was told "it depends on your move in date", but she wouldn't elaborate. So, I don't know if the rent is higher if you move in on Oct. 1 versus Feb. 1. She didn't explain it at all and then she just hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
