The linoleum in the kitchen bubbles up. The plumbing is horrible. The hired landscapers are always whistling at me and my young daughter and its always humid in my apartment despite my AC being on 72. Is it luxurious? No.
Me & my roommate just recently moved in and it has been a nightmare. It has been a little over a month and we have had issue after issue. From lights mysteriously falling in the middle of the night due to improper installation, to plumping issues which resulted in clothes being soaked in the master bedroom closet. For what we are paying we should not see bugs, our outlets should work, the floors should not be bubbling up, and the bathroom shower head should not just fall off. That is just a few of the issues we have experienced. Oh how could I forget about us being misquoted on fees and charges only to have them just applied to our account without any communication. We had to figure it out on our own then contact the office in regards to the charges.
A perfectly acceptable place to live. Some caveats: the flooring in the kitchen & bathrooms is cheap linoleum, the carpeting is a strange, very high pile cheap blend that mats easily if you vacuum often, the baseboards are this odd grey rubbery plastic material that bends and peels from the wall, the window sills are cracked, the paint is peeling (despite having contractors update the paint, all they are doing is painting over the peeled bits, which looks sloppy), the banisters on the patio balconies are wobbly, the floors are quite thin, and the AC units, located INSIDE of the apartments for some reason, are noisy and blow musty, depressing air. However, considering the location, and that many attractions are within walking distance, this is still a perfectly comfortable, reasonably priced place to live. NOWHERE close to "luxury", though. The actual unit you rent will look nothing like the model, so prepare yourself for mediocrity.
Would like to view 3 or 4 bedroom if possible thank you
