I lived at these townhomes for over 3yrs and only moved out because I was getting married. Staff is literally the best around! Anytime you need anything they are there to help right away. Townhomes are spacious, clean, and quiet! Anyone with dogs this is also the place for you. They have a wonderful dog park AND your back yard is fenced in :) I have recommended this place to a couple of friends and they love living in this community also!

Been living here since October and I think this is a great place to live. Weve always had a good experience with the office staff- Leanna and Cindy who are both great! Maintenance is great as well and always willing to help. I heavily disagree with the other negative reviews based on my personal experience and the experience of other people I know who have lived here/currently live here. The townhomes are NOT in the SLIGHTEST infested with roaches. If you dont clean your apartment and attract bugs, just say that, but dont blame others for your self inflicted problems.

Our initial impression when we first moved in was okay. We felt some of the office staff were a little off putting but theyve since replaced the person and we have had a really good experience. The office staff are very friendly and always helpful. Leanna is great! We appreciate her welcoming demeanor. The townhome is functional and exactly what we need. We like the private outdoor space in the back. The pricing is good considering the skyrocketing rates in the surrounding area. We have been very happy with our experience at Turnberry.

The price for the townhouse are okay . The parking sucks and the staff seems weird and super noisy. They calm to be pet friendly but have a huge problem with pets . Neighbors are childish and sneaky cant be trusted at all .

at first they was Soo sweet but soon as I sign my lease they was rude on top of rude the office manager is the worst she stay being nosey , I had a rat problem that they couldn't control. I don't recommend this place at all unless this ur last resort

If I could give less than 1 I would I was not going in to the office to see a place I just stepped in by the door for a quick question and she was completely rude and even if they had a place available I wouldnt want to live there People are trying to find places to live there is no reason to be rude
